EXCHANGE
Home Decor Products:
Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange for another piece.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An exchange can be made for the same product, not a different design.
Several types of goods are exempt from being. Natural marble products which are handcrafted and being returned due to no resemblance to the product showed on the website, as natural stone have grain factors that enable each piece to be unique. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
LIfestyle Products:
Our current policy on exchange, needs to be availed within 24hrs of delivery. In case of damages, please share an image to [email protected] and our representative will survey and revert on replacing the product.
The garment or jewellery must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. An exchange can be made for the same product, not a different design.
Before Adding to Cart, please confirm the sizes mentioned in the Size Guide available on the Footer. As we believe in mindful production, small batches are tailored for our website. Therefore, finding the correct size would mean to wait till the next round of orders. Our team will of course guide you through the process, but to avoid delay and hassle, recommended to compare body measurements before confirming order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the store.
There are certain situations where only partial exchange/replacement are granted (if applicable)
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Products that have been manhandled.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
International Exchange
Only available for products received in damaged condition. To avail exchange, contact our representative within 24hrs of receiving the product. In case of size variation, the client is to bear the cost of shipping for both sectors. Therefore, request you to review the size chart carefully before placing an order. If any concerns, please feel to write to us on [email protected].
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Duly notified at the time of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing flaw. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 or INR equivalent, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
