Standard product dispatch timeline?

  • Accessories and Lights [marble]: 5-9 working days, depending upon stock availability.
  • Furniture; Rugs: 6-8 weeks from the date of payment.
  • Custom Order: as specified by the brand representative during personal consultation

Change of delivery address, after order confirmed?

Product shipping guidelines:

  • To ensure safety of your order, we package each piece individually. Marble products are mostly put in crates, this is done to avoid damages due to third party logistics solution and multi handling. 
  • Please ensure you measure up the entrance door opening- apartment; bungalow; building lobby, lift opening, staircase shaft, etc before confirming the order for over-sized furniture pieces for smooth delivery services from our third party partner.
  • After placing your order, do discuss it with our team over through registered channels mentioned above, so that they can make necessary arrangements for shipping package. 
  • The delivery service personnel is not obligated to install or unpack the shipment for you, therefore request you to make necessary arrangements at your end.
  • We recommend to open the packages personally or using professional team to avoid damages. We try our best to keep it simple, an ordinary store bought screwdriver would suffice for package opening. 
  • Any damages incurred in shipping, must be reported immediately to the brand personnel using the official channels mentioned on the website i.e. +91 98908 00007 or k@koy.store.
  • Ensure complete and accurate delivery details are provided during confirmation of order, if incomplete or incorrect address is registered our team will connect with you otherwise the order will be cancelled as per the brand's discretion.
  • Note, due to technical or logistical issues some deliveries might take more than scheduled timeline shared. Connect with our brand representative if further assistance required.
  • If delivery address is unprepared to accept shipment at the time of the delivery, customer is requested to coordinate with logistics company to manage the timeline by providing preferred time and date of delivery. The brand, The KOY Store, does not manage these concerns on their client's behalf.
