What are your standard dispatch timelines?

  • Marble accessories & lighting: 5–9 working days, subject to stock availability.
  • Furniture & rugs: 6–12 weeks from the date of payment.
  • Custom & bespoke orders: As confirmed by your brand representative during consultation.
  • Fashion & jewellery: 7–10 working days, subject to availability.

As a small, intentional team we dispatch all orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need express delivery, write to us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I customise a piece?

Yes — almost everything KOY makes is available in custom dimensions, materials, and finishes. Write to us at [email protected] with your brief and a brand representative will guide you through the process. A personal design consultation with Kunaal Kyhaan is available on select projects.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. KOY ships worldwide. International lead times and freight costs vary by destination and piece size. Contact us at [email protected] for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes — write to [email protected] as soon as possible and a brand representative will assist you.

What should I know about receiving large furniture?

  • Please measure your entrance, lift, staircase, and room before confirming a large furniture order.
  • Marble pieces are crated individually to prevent damage in transit.
  • Delivery personnel are not obligated to unpack or install — please arrange assistance at your end.
  • Any damage in transit must be reported immediately via +91 98908 00007 or [email protected].
  • If a delivery cannot be accepted at the scheduled time, coordinate directly with the logistics provider to reschedule.

How do I care for my KOY piece?

Care instructions by material are detailed on our KOY Care Manual. In short: treat every piece with the respect you would extend to a work of art — no harsh chemicals, no abrasives, no prolonged exposure to direct heat or moisture.
