Traced upon a sketch from the designer's handbook. The bubble series consists of natural marble tops tracing outline of bubbles, balanced on hand bent high gloss metal cylinders. The series present simple product design with twist of plasmic forms.
The Cosmos Bubble table is a statement piece that accentuates on bold massing and balanced proportion with solid materiality combined with great structural study. The table is hand carved in granite, with a solid top that rests over a sensual carved base; giving the illusion of it floating.
A wooden desk designed by combing eight planks of teak using domino joineries. The table comes with an inset organiser with pockets for stationary and other office paraphernalia. The legs are carved from a block of solid wood, with subtle tapering at the base and accentuated with a pine block foot.
A fine grained textured cosmos side table is resin casted with gravel aggregates to recreate a basalt rock. The casted pieces are ground to reveal the surface variations that add towards the volcanic rock traits. The table is part of our treetop series, which is a playful nod to architectural drawings - the circular symbol used to describe the placement of plants in building floor plan is casted for the table tops.
